MyStop Web App – Google
Proxama

Working closely with in house developers at Proxama and in collaboration with the Chrome team at Google, I helped design a London bus live-tracking mobile app using the Physical Web — the first of its kind.

We teamed up with Transport for London (TFL) and installed Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) beacons on over 500 London buses to broadcast the app via the Physical Web.

Users could hop onto a bus and receive a push notification asking if they would like to see all stops on the route with live ETAs and the ability to set an alarm for their destination. Users received a reminder as the bus was approaching their stop. This made the bus networks more accessible for tourists unfamiliar with the area, and for people travelling at night when the streets were difficult to see.

The project received positive feedback from users across social media and was featured in TechCrunch and presented on stage at Google IO.

Emitwise
Brand Design System

Leading the design strategy for carbon accountancy B-Corp, Emitwise, to develop its visual language across multiple channels, platforms and products. Working closely with their lead designer, product teams and stakeholders, I have helped form an extensive brand guideline document and supporting Figma Library and components for the business to operate moving forward.

Mandell’s Gallery
Website Design

I was commissioned by one of Norfolk’s most prestigious art galleries to bring artworks into the digital space via a newly designed responsive website.

East Ruston Old Vicarage
Website Design

East Ruston Old Vicarage needed a website to capture its audience and take them on a journey through their beautiful 60-acre gardens.
I restructured their website, crafting user journeys based on real-life scenarios and flows. I ran user tests for specific use-cases, iterating designs and signposting users in response.

Seed System – CRS/USAID
E-learning Platform

Training material for disaster scenarios around the globe. I worked with Seed System on an 8 module e-learning course, instructing learners on how to respond to crises where a food shortage was probable.

From planning through to delivery, I helped to establish a clear and simple-to-use structure for the course modules and lifted the user experience with engaging illustration and motion design.

The course was a huge success and has seen thousands of users take part and provide the analytics required for tracking their progress.
